TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VOUCHER REDEMPTION

  1. The use of the voucher is limited to one customer (account) per transaction.
  2. SUN English E-Gift Vouchers can only be used for program payments managed by SUN English in all Jakarta and Tangerang locations.
  3. Vouchers can be redeemed for products and programs available at SUN English.
  4. Valid for Placement Test services.
  5. Please ensure you have read and agreed to the nominal value offered before confirming the redemption process.
  6. Prior to redeeming the voucher, you must validate the voucher code with the SUN English admin at +62 812 1186 8283.
  7. Once the voucher redemption process is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  8. Information on successfully redeemed E-Gift Vouchers will be re-confirmed by SUN English.
  9. E-Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers.
  10. If the voucher value exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance of the voucher will not be refunded.
  11. Vouchers can be used for higher-priced programs by adding additional payments using cash or other accepted payment methods.
  12. SUN English is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misused vouchers, or unauthorized use due to the negligence of the voucher holder. No replacement will be provided in such cases.
  13. Any fraud, misuse, or illegal activity related to the SUN English E-Gift Voucher will be reported to the authorities.
  14. The validity period (expiration date) of the voucher is subject to SUN English’s policy.
  15. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
  16. SUN English reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of voucher usage and eligibility at its sole discretion without prior notice.
